Background

A client meeting leaves an advisor with notes, a suitability rationale, a recap and follow-up tasks. Each needs review before it becomes part of the client record.

Concept

Upload existing audio or paste a transcript to draft those four artifacts. The advisor edits and approves the text; the approval handler computes a SHA-256 checksum of what was submitted. The recap is for the advisor to copy and send. There is no in-app recorder.

Build story

The drafting path requests structured JSON from Gemini through an AI gateway. It masks instruction-like transcript text and fences the result as untrusted input. A review scanner highlights sentences that assert an action is already complete, leaving the advisor to check them. Drafting and transcription have separate request counters. Approval checks and edit locks live in server functions; audit-event writes are best-effort, so this is not a guarantee of a complete audit trail.

Outcomes

Pre-release. The repository includes regression tests for transcript sanitization, assertion scanning and rate limits, with type, build and navigation checks in CI. The CRM connector remains a scaffold that makes no external API calls. These source-checked controls do not establish compliance certification or customer adoption.
