The age of hyper-personalization.

A decade ago I saw both the personalization opportunity and its bottleneck: you can't create the breadth and depth of content to speak distinctly to every persona — you can't 5× the creative team or budget to match. That ceiling has held brands back ever since.

AI breaks exactly that bottleneck. We're entering the age of hyper-personalization — I saw it early, bet on it in 2020 (pre-ChatGPT), and I'm building it now: at enterprise scale inside VF, and app-by-app through the fleet.

This is the throughline behind judgment × build-capability — a decade of conviction about what to build, finally paired with a system that can build it.
